PURCHASING

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Webshop and click on any items that you wish to buy, select size, color or model and put them into the shopping cart. In your shopping cart, you can alter the number of packages, etc.

After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

PAYMENTS

We accept most credit cards through PayPal. Just chose PayPal as a payment option if you would like to use your credit card.

Other options are (International) Bank Transfer, in which case we will contact you with our banking details. For small amounts, cash in a registered and signed envelope might also be a good option.

We will in feature also accept iDeal. This will take some time, so we encourage the use of PayPal, or contact us by fax or email to leave your full Visa or Mastercard info.

We sell our products to customers WORLD-WIDE.

ORDERING

All prices quoted are in Euro (€) and include BTW/VAT/MwSt. at 19%.

Due to fluctuations in supplier price, we reserve the right to change our prices without notice.

Any such price changes will be applied instantly to this web site, allowing you to be aware of them before ordering - errors and omissions excepted.

BACK ORDERS

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

As we have limited business hours it is best to contact us by email at contact@northernflies.com We normally answer all e-mails within 24 hours, and usually sooner.

Northern Flies does NOT sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at our store possible and to enhance your overall shopping experience.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option.

RETURNS POLICY

All the products we sell are covered by the manufacturers’ 12 month warranty. During this period if any manufacturing or material fault develops, the item will be replaced, or repaired (at our discretion) without question.

Please note however, this warranty does not cover accidental damage, punctures or fair wear and tear.

Any item not found to be defective may incur a return freight charge. We shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.

RETURNS

• All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA No).
• All RMAs must be received within 10 days of the RMA issue date.
• If you wish to return a product, please email as at contact@northernflies.com to obtain an RMA number.
• Returns will take approximately 7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.
• Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes and packing materials, and must include manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
• Once your return has been processed, replacements will be shipped within 7 business days depending on availability of the replacement item.

FAULTY ITEMS

• All shipping back to Northern Flies is paid for by the customer. Please ensure that the box has your RMA # clearly marked on the outside of the package. We strongly recommend that you fully insure the package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a "proof of delivery". Northern Flies will not be liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
• Any RMA returned found not to be defective may incur a return freight charge. We shall require receipt of payment before returning the item.
• Discontinued or end-of-life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.

NON-FAULTY ITEMS

Unopened items can be exchanged or refunded within the first 14 days of purchase at the discretion of Northern Flies. All packaging and carriage costs to and from the vendor will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Where refunds are requested, Northern Flies reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 25%.
